As we know, he wants to help staff expand their knowledge, develop new skills, and advance their careers, while fostering a culture of lifelong learning and personal growth. By providing structured educational opportunities, he aims to empower employees to achieve their full potential, contribute more effectively to the organization, and prepare for future leadership roles.
The program offers structured support, including a curated list of partner schools that employees can choose from, such as Trilogix Training Institute and Zabeel Institute, along with flexible scheduling that allows participants to attend classes during their available time outside of work. This ensures employees can enhance their skills, gain new qualifications, and pursue career advancement without compromising professional responsibilities.
Since its inception, the program has celebrated three successful cohorts of graduates, each highlighting the initiative’s impact on employee growth:


- First Batch – May 2024: The inaugural graduation celebrated employees who successfully balanced work and study. The ceremony recognized their dedication, hard work, and commitment to personal and professional development, marking the beginning of TKI’s structured employee learning journey.
- Second Batch – May 2025: The second cohort demonstrated perseverance and determination, completing their studies while maintaining work responsibilities. Their achievements highlighted the company’s focus on continuous learning, skill enhancement, and career advancement.
- Third Batch – August 6, 2025: The third group, in collaboration with Trilogix Training Institute, celebrated another wave of graduates. The program combined academic learning with practical application, ensuring participants gained knowledge directly relevant to their roles. The graduation emphasized both academic success and professional readiness for greater responsibilities.
The fourth batch of employees began their studies in January 2026, continuing the program’s legacy of empowering staff through education and professional growth.
