On both February 13 and 14, every branch achieved 100% occupancy, with dinner service emerging as the peak operational period. Our specially curated Valentine’s menus and premium selections were exceptionally well received, contributing to one of the highest-performing sales days of the year. Despite consecutive high-volume services, operations remained smooth and well-coordinated — a true testament to the preparation, discipline, and teamwork demonstrated at every level.
