Last October 2025 marked an important milestone for TKI as the company successfully conducted a comprehensive three-day Manners and Etiquette Training Session for all employees. This initiative was more than a training program—it was a strategic investment in people, professionalism, and the values that shape TKI’s workplace culture.
Designed to strengthen professionalism and enhance communication, the program focused on fostering a respectful, courteous, and service-oriented work environment. Employees actively participated in interactive activities, role-playing scenarios, and open discussions covering key areas such as proper workplace behavior, effective verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, customer interaction etiquette, and cultural awareness.
